Job: Youth Coordinator

Project Wildfire + Centre for Social Innovation

The Deal: Project Wildfire, a new project to incubate youth social entrepreneurship in the city of Toronto, is looking to hire a youth coordinator to work with their project coordinator and promote the project to Toronto youth. 

This job is a 1-year contract position, part-time (15-20hrs/week). Pay is $12-$18/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.

Major qualifications are 3+ years working with marginalized youth, primarily in TCHC communities, 1+ years experience in workshop design and facilitation, comfort in front of a camera, and familiarity with blogging applications (i.e. wordpress, type pad, etc.).

Job: Community Manager Africa

The Deal: The World Economic Forum is looking for a Community Manager to work in sub-Saharan Africa with various stakeholders in the business sector.

But, likewise, the requirements are steep, as they expect candidates to have an excellent knowledge of African business, politics and culture; a Master’s degree in business or international relations; and three or more years of professional experience, to name a few requirements.
